Title: My Son's first Bullfrog harvest
Post by: Yelper Guy on August 14, 2015, 10:13:16 AM: It seems that the bullfrog population in the NE corner is on the rise. They are considered an invasive species, and I heard they were introduced into parts of Idaho years back as a potential food source.
The bullfrogs seem to be eating all the native frogs, and more.
After dark, along the shoreline with headlamps, the hunting can get fun.
My son bagged this with his Hawaiian sling. It's not nearly as big as they can get but it's a start.
