I drew a multi-season at and would like to hunt most of the seasons with my bow. A friend of mine suggested I may not be able to hunt with a bow during muzzy season. I trust him implicitly but anyone else know of anything different on the subject? Thanks in advance.

It used to be that hunting with a bow during muzzleloader season wasn't legal, but they changed that a couple years ago.

Thank you for clarification. I'll make sure he knows as well.

Pg 21 and pg 52 look at the "hunting method" heading. Perfectly legal!

Thank you for the reference! I should have done more research. Thanks again.

Don't forget muzzy deer aligns with muzzy elk at least the early season, so expect there will be a lot more hunters than you expect. IMO this was poor scheduling.
