Looks interesting for having in a pinch.  But also seems like quite a bit of extra work for general shooter use.  Having to flatten out the previous strike, internal cleaning and worst the priming.  Some guys used to grind up match tips into a powder and glue it into the priming groove.

If you're going to the point of casting your own bullets you can be reloading most pistol rounds for about 7 cents a piece. That's cheaper than midway 22lr aguila ammo even before shipping.

Sounds like a major PITA compared to centerfire reloading.  I saw a youtube of a guy using ground up matches once though so I guess it might work.
