Title: Smoke and Walleye
Post by: whitey on September 01, 2015, 08:28:50 AM
Just thinking about heading over to banks lake for a couple days this weekend walleye fishing.
Was wondering what the air quality is over there. I know around springdale its been burning, So I am thinking either Banks or the Potholes.
Thanks HuntWa. for your input.

Clear as a bell in Moses. Looks good to the north from here. The weather pattern is looking good. The fires are all north of banks and its a S SW wind

Should be a great weekend!! I hope to get up there at least once this weekend on my 4 day. If you see an alumaweld with a chubby, tall guy at the helm, say howdy!

Keep your eyes peeled for an 18 foot camo Flatbottom sled. Be fishing around the punch bowl

Hope you guys are having a good time! We fished the south end Friday mid morning. Picked up 6 walleye, 15 to 20". It was pretty choppy when we first got out, then the wind calmed down and made for easier fishing. Are you folks getting much up north?
