Very simple recipe. Fresh jalapeņos from the garden sliced in half and seeds removed. About a teaspoon of cream cheese into the jalapeņo. A half or whole dove breast depending on size. Top it with a chunk of bacon. Throw it in the oven on 350 until the bacon is done. Delicious!

I did some last weekend that turned out really good.
I mixed some minced up smoked/pulled pork  with the cream cheese and some parmesan.
I cut an elipticle  section out of the side of pepper scoop out the seeds, fill with the cheese/pork mixture then replace the piece of pepper, wrap with bacon and grill till crispy. Smoked is also great. Never done them in the oven (yet)
These were plain (not with the dove)
