 Looking for a red wine sauce for duck. Anyone have a recipe they don't mind sharing? Thanks Robby.

I used this sauce recipe as a template for my stuffed goose breat with blackberry merlot sauce.  I did not use the maple though and used extra blackberries.  I strained out the seeds.
