Title: tree farm hunting
Post by: southernsmoke on September 08, 2015, 07:36:52 PM
So I'm not from wa, and I'm wondering if you can hunt on the private tree farms I see everywhere...I know it says private, but in the sign it says the things you can do on the land and things you can't do. Thanks guys

It varies by farm.  Best is usually to contact the farm and see what their policies are.
Is there a certain timber manager in question or would that be giving away your spot?

This is their website.  Kind of looks like most still closed, except Port Gamble portion--but it isn't open to hunting anymore.

I think they still allow hunters access for free (once they consider the fire danger past)  Give 'em a call.
