Title: Eaten Alive...
Post by: predatorG on September 18, 2015, 07:25:48 PM: Some big hatch must have happened this week because the skeeters were all over me. Any one have a way to get rid of mosquitos that doesn't have a super obtrusive smell that will scare away elk?

Post by: djnoodle on September 19, 2015, 01:15:36 AM: Bug spray actually is just something that prevents bugs from smelling you for what you are. So if you can use scent-a-way max or dead-down-wind or something similar and little to none estrus spray, you might have success.

Walmart or most sporting goods. Basic unit and a couple refill kits and you will be good.
