Title: Vail Tree Farm Elk
Post by: ShooterBull on September 23, 2015, 07:48:48 AM: Is anyone having any success in Vail? Pics? Are the elk up there in rut yet/talking? Love to see any pics of any critters harvested from up there! Should be a hot spot for deer!

Post by: Kooter on September 25, 2015, 05:33:19 PM: I have hunted vail for deer for the last 6 or so years. Have seen some elk sign but not much. Last year on opening morning for modern rifle deer , my son and i saw a cow running down the 1000 line. First and only elk i had ever seen at vail.
