Title: Alone in the Wilderness VIDEO.....best real story of the backwoods.

i just thought i would throw this out there.

if you get a chance watch this and you will be hooked.
i have seen this show like 100 times and it still gives me peace everytime i watch it.
i just ordered the DVD and cant wait to watch it again and again.
One of the best stories i have ever seen.

Post by: NRA4LIFE on January 16, 2009, 02:34:34 PM: It's on the public TV station here in Seattle occasionally. I have seen it at least 5 times now myself and will watch it every chance I get. It is truly amazing how he built that cabin by himself with all traditional hand tools.

I have read and dreamt about this story so many times I have lost count. I have so many questions that are unanswered about how he pulled this off....

whats the book called? im not much of a reader but i figured this might be the type of book that i can stand to sit down and read

"One Man's Wilderness". It's great, a nice addition to the documentary. It gets a little more in depth and has some good pictures.
