Well, I got my first turkey on opening day, and will be cooking it up this week, when I am off work. Seeing as I have never had one before, I have no idea how to cook it. I skinned it, but left it whole. I hope I like it, as I want to get back out there and get a couple more.
So, what's everyone's go to recipe? Thanks

Turkey nuggets. Use your favorite fried chicken recipe. Cut into one inch squares, batter and fry. Use a mest thermometer and pull therm out the second they reach 160 degrees.
