Title: Trying to get my brother his first buck in Oregon in milton freewater walla unit

Trying to get my brother his first buck no luck so far..I hunt in washington but would like my brother to get one this year..he lives in milton freewater hunting in Walla walla unit..anyone know how we access some different private property or is willing to help any thing helps? Thanks... Oh yea season closes after Saturday
