Title: Doubled down

Took my buddy and his granddaughter out for her first hunting trip we hiked up into a area where I always see deer when I late bow hunt we got up on the edge of the clear cut before light and say down in my spot about 2 hrs into light I spot a doe steps out to about 150 yards and boom dropped it so were hootin and hollering we work our way down there to gut it grandpa made her gut it for the first time well after that was all done pictures taken I tell my buddy he needs to finish working down the ridge we were sitting on not 5 minutes after we start dragging out her doe I hear boom up on the ridge we finish dragging the deer down to the truck and work back up the road to where we heard him shoo he shot it just over the hill not more than 300 yards from where we were sitting haha great day today
