I was hunting state land and across a very large valley was Plum Creek land. My nephew and I watched a guy in a blue truck with canopy shoot a deer 4 times walk down to it. Pull it out of the trash look at it and walk up the hill drop his tailgate pull did something from the back of his truck. Than get in his truck and drive away. We could not see if it was a deer until we got the spotting scope on it. It was a very small deer. We could not see if it had horns from our location.
DANG what is wrong with people...

so he shot one deer after shooting a smaller deer, then dumped the smaller deer after recovering the 2nd "bigger" deer?

I smell a bunch of points for the draw next year - I would make the call in a heartbeat.

Thats such a bunch of crap. If people werent such peices of crap like that they would probably give out more second deer tags so people can purchase them legally! Poaching makes me more mad than anything else. I swear a lot of people around my property poach all year. The whole one rifle shot 30 minutes before dark all the time....
