It seems it's barely any easier today - only the indians have been replaced by Seattle-ites and the WDFW!

I have searched the Gila River for beaver and otter sign,,,,,,, Never saw any.
 
Did see a otter hit on the road on the Gila indian reservation,,,,, but it was in/following the man made "Arizona Canal" that does the irrigation
