I'm sitting in the house reading War and Peace in front of a fire and staring out at the Hurricane that seems to be bearing down on my prime Blacktail territory. Now to the non hunter this sounds like a great day. A book, a fire, some tea, and the sound of raim outside. Yet for me, I can't help but wonder if buying archery was the right choice. I think next year I'm going to buy MF and hunt it with a bow. Because right now all I can think about is staring through my sights and top pinning a toad. I guess I'll have to go out later and see if I can rattle one in for the camera. At least if I see one it will give me something to drool over until late season.

I just saw a STUD in Tumwater. Cruising around for the ladies.

I bet. It's Halloween and nasty weather out. If I were a buck I'd be out having a hay day.

And for all of you lucky enough to be out hunting today, can we see some pics?
