Title: Donkey Creek Road or 2220 Road
Post by: CoastalHunter on November 11, 2015, 08:58:10 AM
Does anyone know if you can hunt up Donkey Creek Road off Hwy. 101? And I found a nice gravel road I believe it's called the 2220 Road just past Donkey Creek off 101 and seen others hunting up it. Anyone else know for sure if you can or not? I didn't see any No Hunting Signs.

That's National Forest I believe. So yes, you can hunt it.

If it were not open to hunting, there would be gates and signs.

Thanks Bob! My Discover Pass works on there right?

Haven't been there in a few years but it seems there is quite a bit of private, gated land. Rainoneer land (or however you spell it)?  Same with main Newberry creek road.  That area was really good in the late 80s/early 90s.

Discover pass is for state land, not National Forest.

You shouldn't need any kind of pass to hunt there.
