I saw the show today driving by.
One rig had a Dad and kid. Two game rig's and an maroon van with the rest of the program. I followed them from Eatonville to Gam down to Puyallup. They had a camera guy in the front seat of the lead rig.

They were probably looking for drunk drivers.
-
compared to the Maine and Montana wardens
the show is very lame
-
They were going to do a really big show up behind town.... until they got to the locked Hancock gates. :sry:
-
They were up in the Ryderwood unit opening day of elk season checking on a poaching case.

They drove right by us. We had a tagged elk head in the back of a truck.

Rugged Justice ought to be called "Tweeker Patrol". Our wardens spend way more time dealing with dopers than outdoorsman compared to North Woods Law.

My hunting partner and I were taped last week, they were very nice people. The game wardens that we talked to were also very nice. We should be on the show next spring, but I'm not big on being on TV. Should get 10 points but we will see, not in the area you guys are talking about.
-
I take it your not getting 10 points because your on the show. But because of the reason your on the show?

sorry, yes your right. Hopefully points for the reason they were there, not just for being recorded.

They were doing a sting operation on "Bench Warrants for Speeders".

I got scoped out by them last year in 506. Cop was really disappointed that I was obeying all the laws...

Surprised they went up there? Not much but law abideing citizens out that way.

Our tax money at work.

They where filming in Conconully last 2 weekends....

So they decided to film something besides tweakers, and parked cars on river bottoms. :chuckle:

We passes them on the 42 road on Loop Loop pass on Tuesday. Saw the camera/go pro red light on. We were surprised they didn't stop us as there were hardly any other rigs around. Guess they were making sure we weren't harassing the local wolf population as there were no deer to be found. We did see a big gray wolf in a clear cut close to the pass.

Year 1: Bear releases
Year 2: Tweakers and river bottoms
Year 3: Something about hunting hopefully. :dunno:

I saw a Gamey being followed by some "out of place" looking folks who got out of a maroon van into Cabela's in Lacey a couple of weeks ago.
-
Saw the convoy following a game warden in loomis the other day. Saw 5 different wardens in Sinlahekin last week.

That van is the film crew. The were in 506 during elk season.

Yeah, I kinda figured that. They kinda had that film crew look to them and he was eating it up. :chuckle:
