Anybody hear about an Oregon bull that green scores over 425"?
Pendleton hunter, bull from the Mt. Emily unit.
-
I have a pic of it, it is a masher of the very first order.

Great bull for the young man, but that is not the one the OP is talking about.

-
Wow, just wow!

Both great bulls. The Elgin bull was pretty public for some time - just glad it was a more local harvest. Money doesn't buy everything! There's another 400+ running around that made the slip....
-
Wow. Two awesome bulls right there
-
Money didn't buy this other huge bull - it was public land in Mt. Emily unit.
-
both great bulls!

something has to be wrong with this picture--the guy ain't smiling...or he's only doing that Mona Lisa 1/2 smile. Think with this bull it would be more like this :yike:
-
last pic non typical is from Mt Emily unit
-
non res want to draw a Mt Emily or Walla Walla or Wenaha? Don't even apply as Oregon gives the only non res tags to outfitters each year. I am so sick of applying in Oregon for these tags but I have over 10 years and don't want to give up. I hope sometime the regs change. I think watershed is still an option though.
-
My green side keeps thinking those elk have got to be tough..........
but, they sure are impressive.

Unless I've been mistaken, every other year one is offered to general non res, correct? If I'm wrong, I'm gonna be really sad with my 17 non-res elk points :'(

Every other year they given to a non resident
