Title: Anyone ever use Hevi Shot 00
Post by: Fungunnin on November 20, 2015, 08:15:08 AM: I picked up a case of Hevi Shot 00 for cheap at auction and now I'm kinda scratching my head on what to do with it.
Anyone else ever use it?
I'm thinking it will get use as a coyote load.
Ideas?

Good stuff for deer and bear and will typically exit with 35 yards. However, it does not expand like lead. The size #1 buck gives plenty of penetration along with better pattern density. It will punch glass and car doors much better than lead if that's important to you.
