Many years ago, we stopped at a check station (WI) to register our deer.  The guy checking us was still laughing about the two guys that came in and registered their spike... goats.   :yike:

They usually are pretty close to biggies in woods also.  >:( >:( >:(

My mom and step dad have had 2 clients shoot their mules on fully guided elk hunts. Neither guide had a clear view of the target but ok'd the client to shoot if they were sure.

That cow looks like an upstate NY cow. Seriously. Up where I grew up. Perfect distance from NYC for all the city folks to come up on the weekend and hunt. You'd see cows painted with orange stripes, etc so they wouldn't get shot.
