Title: 335 late archery help!
Post by: Duckslayer89 on November 27, 2015, 07:44:32 PM: Brother and dad are up hunting hard I'm meeting them Monday. They aren't seeing elk in our normal area up bordering the 249 unit. Any advice from anyone?! Thanks!

Post by: ridgefire on November 28, 2015, 10:35:24 AM: We have been on some monstrous bulls. My brother has a tag and I hope he can get one. We saw three bulls last night that were still hanging out with a herd of cows. The smallest of the three was pushing 350". He is stalking one that is bedded right now. I stopped a couple hundred yards away so might be sitting here for a while. Wind is kinda iffy so may take him a while to get close enough. We are fairly low, not very far above the river.
