Title: New Regulations...ARG!!!

Take a look at the new proposed regulations for the next few years. Our Seasons are getting shorter and they are taking away hunting for bulls in a few units during the late season (like the Winston). Every time they do this, they put a carrot out in from of us with some good possibilities, the yank things away  :bash:

Maybe I'm reading things wrong but check for yourselves.
