Title: Blazer Brass 9mm ammo
Post by: b23 on December 18, 2015, 08:35:36 PM: I'm thinking about picking up a bunch of this stuff at Cabelas tomorrow as it's on sale for $9.99 box of 50.

I've never been interested in their stuff with the AL cases but what's their ammo like with the brass cases??? This will just be for general plinkin, paper punchin, and target/range shooting.

Thoughts????

Post by: mossy8352 on December 19, 2015, 10:18:00 AM: Blazer makes decent ammo, and I have used the Herter's® Select-Grade TNJ aluminum cased nylon jacketed bullets in my .45 without any issues. Have fun at those prices for the Blazer Brass. I just bought 200 rounds to shoot in a new Sig .45 as soon as the holidays are over!!!!!

I got there at 8:05 this morning and when I left at 9:30 it was all nearly gone. They easily sold 10,000+ in an hour and a half. Wouldn't have been interested in it had it been the Alum. case stuff.
