I missed a rooster pheasant with 3 shots from 25 to 35 yards once and I swear my dog was cussing at me. :chuckle:

BTW - I love the pics guys. They sure are good at communicating with their expressions. :)

Yep, Friday I missed 8 for 9, I was so bummed I didn't even pull the camera out.  Just use this excuse, "I'm training the dog to be steady to the shot...".   ;)

We had a dog that would pay attention in the blind unless you missed a few in a row, then he would fall asleep and wait for you to wake him up and tell him he had a retrieve.

After about 6 misses, my dog just stared at the corner in the blind.
