For anyone interested (potentially me!!!) BlackHawk is now selling the Knoxx Axiom Ultralight stock for sale pre-dipped in Prarie Ghost camo. . .for an additional $30 more. . .
. . .$30 is less than you will pay to have your rifle painted and way less than what they charge to hydro-dip a stock ((minimum of $80) in case anyone thought the Howa/Knoxx Axiom rifle was cool and might like that recoil reducing stock on their rifle but was turned off by the fact that it was only availabe to retail buyers in black. . .
. . .I know that you shouldn't need a recoil reducing stock for most varmint/predator rifles, but I would like the recoil reducing feature to get rid of some of the muzzle jump. . .maybe my .22-250 (.392" 3-shot group @ 100 yards and 1.9375" 5-shot group @ 200 yards when I sighted in the new scope on Sunday) will stay on target with no jump like everyone who has a new .204 Ruger is raving about. . .that would be REALLY nice. . .and would probably make one sweet gun!!!
