Title: Am I the only one?
Post by: gkowen on January 27, 2009, 11:57:37 AM: Who sits and wonders during the day if his trail camera is photographing something good? Or imagines the flash firing during the night? The home brew trail cams sure are fun to make, but they are too addicting.

Post by: Antlershed on January 27, 2009, 01:06:26 PM: I'm about ready to set mine up in the alley. The mail truck driver hits my uncles garage at least once a month as he delivers to the post office. You can see the scratches on the truck line up witht he gutter on the garage. Well, today he actually hit the side of the garage. Tire tracks in the snow going into the side of the garage, and then tire tracks backing up to the post office with the truck still sitting in them. Cops can't do anything unless you actually see them hit it apparently.

The cop came out, looked at the tire tracks in the snow, talked to the truck driver, and then told my uncle that since he didn't actually see him hit it, unless the truck driver admitted to hitting it, there is nothing he can do.

I see you are from Tenino, sounds like a small town cop mentality. Protect and serve is the motto right? Call the Chief.
