This looks interesting. Probably have to live in a rural area to do it. ie......no King county

I could see this for using some orchard apple or other hardwoods locally available vs the south american stuff in several of the commercial brands.

That looks bad a$$.  Would be a fine boasting point at a barbecue when firing the egg with home made charcoal.
