About 7 years ago, I took an injured screech owl to a guy in Gleed on the south side of the highway near the tribes' coho ponds. His name doesn't ring a bell at the moment, but his family was into falconry. Call wdfw and ask for the numbers of area rehab centers. Some of those people running the centers should be or know someone that is involved in falconry.
Also, every August or September, there's a camp near crow creek that does falconry. He goes after rabbits and grouse. I thought that might help you if you are in that area to keep an eye out for the cages. He's usually on the right as you head up the 1902 after getting off of the 1900.
