The kind that shoot barbs will stop a gorilla. I have not been shot with those but everyone I know that has dropped like a sack of bricks.

Without helpless victims the need for government diminishes. You need justification to keep fleecing the taxpayer.

Remember, they are only managing crime as eliminating it is eliminating many of their jobs.
