Title: .454 for moose?
Post by: jager on January 29, 2009, 01:52:34 PM: I was wondering what those in the know might think about using a .454 Casull for moose?
I know it's been done...Just wanted some opinions.

Post by: GoldTip on January 29, 2009, 01:55:52 PM: I know I would certainly feel my 454 Casull would be adequate for Moose, I would limit shots to probably no more than 50 yards personally, but I've never really practiced shooting it any further than that.
