Title: Potholes bass
Post by: quackkiller on April 05, 2016, 07:52:08 AM
A buddy and I are working in Richland today and tomorrow, we are going to head up to potholes around Marion resort and fish the rock bank. Any suggestions? We just picked up some sinks and jigs and a few spinners. Anyone been having any luck out that way for bass lately? Thanks to all!

I'd fish the Frenchman's at the State Park if you're bank fishing. Gob of worms on the bottom. Lot's of fish to get, bass, trout, catfish and walleye can all be had from the benches. The rocks at Mardon to the west right before the beach and trees, fish are cruising the area. The point at the Blythe launch has fish cruising it as well. Gob of worms on a slip sinker and you should be good to go.

Crawdad crankbait off the dam! Perch is a good color too!
