No not at all. The new muzzleloaders are ridiculous. They have to much range and are to reliable. Get rid of inlines and sabots then give them back their old seasons(month long either sex). Instead they want in essence a open sighted single shot modern firearm and their own special seasons. I know this is not a popular view but there are already advantages to the seasons they do get.

Kind of waiting for the harvest reports and multi draw before deciding if I'm going back to muzzy. Last year the state opened a bunch of new early units. This year the early muzzy (west) opens on Oct 1. The Quality Bull tag I've been trying to get forever used to be a week long starting Oct 1. Now...they opened that GMU for early muzz with this year's dates being Oct 1 and open for a week. Basically made a formerly highly desirable quality bull permit into an OTC tag.

They do get a very good elk season.
I also think the equipment rules for muzzy are good how they are :twocents:

ML have the best season now. They get more prime rut days than archers. If I didn't love archery so much I would switch. Can't wait to see the harvest report.What units are they getting prime rut days in?

Unless I missed it no late archery teanaway bull tags now.
No late Teanaway for any weapon categories. A few quality permits added but not equal numbers.
