Title: Can kids use two fishing poles without two pole endorsement?

Neither have I. Makes no sense to have to print out a free license.

Post by: cavemann on April 18, 2016, 01:29:58 PM: they don't need the free license to fish trout, lake fish, etc.. If they are fishing anything that requires punch card, they have to have it. Same with a two poll endorsement. If they want to use 2, you have to buy the endorsement for the second pole and they need to have proof of purchase.
