Don't know and don't care. Not going to nor will ever give them a dime. Plenty of place in SW Washington to hunt that are free.

Sounds like a group could get together, designate one guy to have the vehicle pass and everyone else get hike-in passes and pitch a few bucks to the guy with the vehicle pass.  Then if they get animals down way back in there, just have one guy drive the animal (or tree stands/extra gear) out while the rest hike out.

There are No 2-nd chances braking rules on the warehouser property's.
Get caught braking there rules, and you are out for life.
