Title: Butter Clam Digging
Post by: gallion_t on May 06, 2016, 08:57:40 AM: I am looking to dig some of the little butter/steamer clams this weekend. It looks like there is a good tide around Anacortes and a couple of public beaches that are open. Has anyone had any luck at either March Point Recreational Area or Anacortes City Park? Or is there somewhere else in the North Sound you would suggest trying?

Just more curious if anyone has had success up there or if I will just be wasting my time. Either way I am going to make a day out of it and take the lady up there then maybe go hike Mt Erie and then stop in town at the brewery for some lunch and to poke around and try to get back on her good side.
