Title: garbage man
Post by: metlhead on May 22, 2016, 06:51:22 PM: Anyone know this clown? Two hundred yards below the BC ramp on the cowlitz and I just watched him throw a bunch of trash and equipment in the river. I don't have a phone, just this tablet. Headed back to the ramp cause there was a gamie at two when I put in. Hopefully a litter fine can hit his wallet. I'm sure he can afford it

Can't imagine why he'd think nothing would ever come about. Maybe the guy tossing isn't the owner? Might be having a remodel done and the workers are tossing?
