Title: Bulk Ammo
Post by: lamar_hunter on February 02, 2009, 06:39:09 PM: Hey guys i was wondering if any of you know where the best place to buy ammo in bulk is. I would like to buy a case of 243 ammo. not sure where to start looking? any ideas will help. thanks. oh and cabelas doesn't really seem to be a good deal.

If they don't knock some off the per box price when you ask then go some place else. It is just a case of ammo instead of a box. We buy several cases of shot shells every spring, and they always knock 10% off the per box price.

I would find a local mom and pa store and try them.

I would stay away from ordering it threw someone like midwayusa. The shipping cost are to high.

I order stuff from Wideners also, good to deal with.
Do a google search on surplus ammo.
