Title: When can I fish?

We should be punching Sky summer runs on our cards right now and bonking kings on the Skagit. This crap blows!

The average bank fisherman on a low budget or the guy with a small boat is screwed.

You can fish a 16' boat real easy if you have good judgment. They also fish with kayaks. I can line you out with were to launch and the basics on how and we're to fish if your interested.

Once again the North Sound fisherman is Screwed!

Apparently there is only enough room for the tribal nets in the North Sound.

For most fishermen here it is not feasable to drive so far to put some salmon in the freezer. This 2016 salmon plan only cators to the tribes and the big shot rich man.
