Thats a fun hunt, make sure you get access at the wind farm!

I wouldn't worry about the windfarm, I would hunt more up the river towards Wenatchee.

Saw a few studs just above the wind farm last year. Pass is free, I would get one for sure.

That area holds some decent bucks and my wife has been putting for only that unit for the last 5 or 6 years. Head in from up by the radio tower on the Vantage Highway and follow the old army road down towards the sand bar. He will find something decent for sure in that area, but stalking can be a challenge because of how open that country is. The last time we were in there, we seen 14 bucks that were 3 point or better in one day, including one that was probably 28" + wide that was a typical 3 point. Make sure to have a couple of spare tires and chains if there is snow because that road can be brutal on your rig. Good luck and make sure to posts so pics.

I'm pretty sure they changed how you hunt the wind farm this year to going through the WDFW site just a heads up.
