Title: Anyone us Top Choice Meat Market in Vancouver?
Post by: Pete112288 on June 12, 2016, 08:05:50 PM
Just curious. Was thinking about changing up my butcher this year because this place is much closer to home and has better prices and pretty good reviews, but no reviews about game processing, they advertise that they are a family of hunters and such but I would like to hear any reviews about this part of their work. Prices seem to good to be true compared to our current butcher. Currently cut and wrap of elk costs me $275 - $350 weight depending. Top Choice advertises $0.65 a lbs with $65 minimum. This seems really low of a price to me.
I would much rather do it all myself but have nowhere to hang it if its too warm to hang it in the shed. Almost thought about just buying a couple cheap fridges off of craigslist and only use em to hang meat it, but thats a lot of space to be taken up and still have to struggle to fit it all in them

I've been taking my meats there for a few years now. My dad does also. Great place. Owner is a hunter also. Guarantees your own meat back. The dogs are really good too with a lot of differnt flavors. I always just took in boned out meat.
