There's sure a lot of ignorance about the role of hunters in conservation and this specific incident.

Deer, Elk, Big Horn sheep... Sportsmen would share the message and condemn the poacher.... A bunch of wolves... In ID... Dont think people will be lining up to help...

Love it. The only good wolf is a dead wolf. If someone ever tells me they managed the wolf population I'm buying them a beer. I think getting them in the dens is the most effective way to manage them. Props to whoever got um good work keep it up.

I kind of think they caught on a long time ago P-man. There are probably some people who still think wolves can be managed as a big game animal and trapping, but I think most of them either live in New York or haven't seen what wolves are really about.

Man has been killing wolves for at least 12000 years. ITS NATURAL. Disgusting people who think it is not inevitable and are all in on the fake science from agenda driven drivel writers from the likes of Wiegus and Vucetich need to be held accountable. When wolves are left to their own devices the results are clear.... look at the areas where wolves are saturated! Leaves absolutely nothing to very little for man...... which has not been the case in North America for at least 12000 years. BUT, that's what these disgusting excuses of victim mongers want. To them its more about getting money for them to waste tax dollars on studies by wearing predators on their sleeves. Along with the rise of wolves is the rise in depredations...and the decimation of game herds..... secondary prey like the caribou in Northern Idaho and the moose in MN are especially hit hard. Eventually there is only one option with wolves, one of the most destructive vermin on the planet. UNDISPUTEDLY Inevitable!
