Possible goes along with Obamas EO the other day that requires all gunsmiths to register too I'd suspect.

Post by: Special T on August 02, 2016, 08:39:29 PM: Duh! It is important for everyone to catalog firearms that can be traced and those private sales that cannot. Pvc pipe and locations to put them and 80% lowers are important to personal privacy and freedom. Currently there are 80% frames for 1911, 10-22 , glock, & AR frames.
