Title: like loosing an old friend
Post by: luteai on August 20, 2016, 05:22:11 PM: my lee challenger press broke today :bash: only lasted 10,000 rounds and 22 years. When I added up how many times I've pulled that lever, 1 for each primer, 2 every rifle round and 3 for pistol rounds: close to 37,000 actuation's.

Good bye old friend! You've brought me much joy. RIP

Lee will probably send you a replacement part for free. They've got great customer service. :tup:

Post by: luteai on August 22, 2016, 08:10:16 PM: Lee no longer make this style of press. They say I can convert it to the new (post '06) style. Cost would be about $15. Not a bad option.
