Title: East or west for November hunt if not sooner
Post by: Deliverance1985 on September 01, 2016, 09:28:15 PM
So I responded to some messages .  But got two weeks in the beginning of November for leave .  Then in December a deployment .  Not sure if I'm getting west or east tags and also rifle or bow .  But just need to get way out in the woods and hunt and forget about somethings or solve them .  Involves loosing  a good woman.  Paying a *censored* load of debt off and being a good father .  Two years ago when I did this , I spent a week in the woods hiking with a bow and saw several deer but none in my range guess I was not quiet enough .  First lesson in stalking. But it did bring a sense of calming that only I think Mother Nature can bring .  Besides clearing the apartment in October ,so I figured no house no bills .  Equals hunting then a deployment .  And then who knows what the service will bring .  Open to suggestions .  I have a jblm map.  I have an idea where elk roam in that area .  Tommorrow going on base to get my hunters base card .  Gotta stil check the TA open areas .  But any other ideas or suggestions would be good .  I got the big game Reg just haven't opened it yet.  I'm in Lacey area .  Wouldn't mind a tag along .  Or if I tag out before November I would mind being a helper .
