Title: Access Question
Post by: YoungFowler on September 05, 2016, 05:43:02 PM
The answers probably no on these but I thought I'd ask. Can I hunt the tide flats of an inlet where the land on the sides are all shooting zones? And can I hunt in a lake/river/pond (in a boat) with public access that is surrounded by no shooting zones? For example, Liberty lake which is surrounded by a no shooting zone.(https://hunting-washington.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fuploads.tapatalk-cdn.com%2F20160906%2F73e092513b1095798bec5317f1e9ac45.jpg&hash=dab8a230a7ac44798604148b5f8dcb89997dfd72)

I'm assuming most rivers, lakes and ponds would be the same as Liberty Lake which is no you can't. As far as tidal flats I have no idea.
