Title: Rimrock Advice
Post by: maximus on September 09, 2016, 09:39:08 AM: Looking for some ideas of areas to backpack into for early season archery. This is my second season and due to getting married this summer I have been unable to do any scouting this year.

Initial thoughts are to head into either the N or S forks of the Tieton.

Solo hunting and excited to cover some ground. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The local elk down low are running scared. Get some elevation and they are in summertime habits. Free roaming like all the beef cows in the unit.
