I learned the hard way that a gun mount on the handle bars don't help if you crash!
If you want my rifle mounts you can have them mine stays on my back . I have a light on my bars and fenders other then that its my trailer with my goods in it

Anyone running panniers instead of a trailer?Havent done a whole lot of research but had the same idea. The one I had looked at had a max load of like 25lbs, so not very helpful. I was looking at cargo trailers and they did 80, Im guessing game carts do more.

Those carts look awesome I was just going to pack it out on a pack frame on my back and make a couple trips but those carts look like the cat's meow. :tup:
Get a game cart. The only way to go. We've drug them through some nasty stuff and they hold up well and do wonders for getting game out. I like the attachments for the bike. I'm stealing that idea.

As others have pointed out there is a significant benefit in capacity with the trailer. Can you speak to any other benefits over racks/panniers?

Does the attachment up high like that cause any handling issues? To me it looks like a load could try to toss you around a bit
I attached my game cart to the seat post using heim joints, then pinned one shaft for easy removal if the cart is needed for packing to and from the road. Basically heims allow it to move in almost any direction without jerking the bike around.
I haven't used it yet, just filled the cart with bags of sand to test. Works great in the driveway :chuckle:
