Title: Quick question
Post by: Monsterbull11 on October 08, 2016, 07:15:59 PM
Okay, as of most of you have probably received the same e-mail, from the state, as I have about "problem cougar" permits. Let's say I was drawn for one of these permits, what would I have to do to get some help from one of you houndsmen to fill that tag? The chance of it happening in pretty slim but the way I read it, hounds are legal to use and I haven't run dogs for 20 years.

Just curious.

those permits are not very hound friendly, the areas are very small. kinda a joke.

Thanks for the info guys. Been a hundred years since I've chased dogs around, thought it would be fun if I had a tag and somebody had some dogs to chase.

The way I read it you already had to have hounds and I believe there was only 3 permits up for grabs? But I could be wrong
