I believe I have a 08' model and it looks like the front ramp sold on Knights site.
When I asked to get some replacement fiber they sent me to Williams Gun Sights. When I talked with a Williams tech he said its .060 and sent me out a stick but it's to big. Maybe the size has changed between my model and what's available today?
I would appreciate it if someone could put a set of calipers on their stock front ramp site and give me a measurement.
Thank you.

0.06 for my stock Bighorn front fiber. It is three or four years old.

You probably need a 0.040 fiber. If you find an archery equipment store that sells a lot of archery equipment they might even have it.

That is not the front ramp I have. I have this one which is on Knights site:

That is different. You're right. This is the one that came with my Bighorn.
But like Sabotloader said, the archery pin fibers work good. I actually put a red 0.029 fiber on my other Bighorn. Just take a lighter and ball up the ends and it won't slide out. Took me a couple of tries to get the length and ends right. Best of luck!

That is different than the norm...

It appears the fiber sits in 3 cradle's across the top of the sight. I would bet that they are glued in each cradle.

The 3 grips, I'll call them, have a curve to them so the fiber has to be slid in but aren't nearly as robust as the ones you guys have; probably why they changed it.
It's the only one shown on Knights page, not sure why they don't offer the other option.
Thank you for your help, I'll check fiber dize options and go from there or see if I can get the one shown on here.

Let us know what you find out, please.
I have two guns with that front sight. I *much* prefer the smaller diameter, but my wife has a bad habit of breaking the rod...
I replaced mine with a Sabotloader special--Williams streamlined ramp and front hood, but I hate how huge the bead is--it nearly covers a 9" target at 100 yards. I'm looking for other options.
Thanks!

Don't call Knight, they don't know.
After spending 20+ minutes on the phone with them trying to convince them my sight was different than the one on their current Bighorn and I needed the fiber size of the one pictured in their online catalog. They told me "you've wasted 20 minutes of my time, what do you want to do...".
My Archery fiber, .029, is to small so I'm going to order some .039 and see if that fits. I'll let you know.

I may have some. What color are you looking for. Ill check this evening.

I appreciate the offer but I'm going to order a 4 color pack off ebay to see which color works best for my eyes. I've only used green in the past.

That's what I did.

I have .040 and .060 in green.
For my Rem 700ML and my Williams on my bighorn.
I see green much easier than red (at first light and dusk)

For those of you shooting a fiber optic front sight or even a plain blade front sight, I would suggest that you not cover your target with the bead. I would highly suggest a 6 o'clock hold on your target or animal. Place the desired point of impact right on top of the sight.
I think most already do but with this method you really do not need to worry the bead covers ? inches at a given range.
